LEXINGTON, S.C. — Whataburger is lining up a spot at Victory Village, the new shopping center taking shape at 2550 Augusta Highway in Lexington, a short distance from Lexington High School.
County property records show WB Real Estate LLC, the company that handles real estate for the burger chain, bought one of the center’s outparcels in late August. A marketing listing for the project also places Whataburger among its planned outparcel tenants.
Target and Academy Sports + Outdoors anchor the 27-acre center, and crews have made heavy progress on both stores. Building work started in October 2025, with completion projected for as soon as fall 2026. Smaller storefronts between the anchors have been offered for pre-lease.
Other food and drink tenants in the plans include Chipotle Mexican Grill and Dave’s Hot Chicken, which are shown together near the Augusta Highway end of the site, plus a Dutch Bros Coffee. The chain already runs a Lexington restaurant on South Lake Drive.
