In Class 5A, fifth-seeded River Bluff will stay home to face No. 12 seed Spartanburg. Lexington, the 10th seed, takes to the road for a matchup at seventh-seeded Fort Mill in York County.
Over in Class 3A, Gilbert earned the sixth seed and a home game against No. 11 Atlantic Collegiate.
Most first-round kickoffs are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. unless a different time is announced.
The road to a title is long. State semifinal games are set for Nov. 27 and will be played at the home field of the higher seed.
Teams that survive will chase titles in Orangeburg, where every SCHSL final is booked for Oliver C. Dawson Stadium across Dec. 4 and Dec. 5. The Class 5A final is slated for 8 p.m. on Dec. 5.
